Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Participate in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for client situations indicating opportunities for additional services

  • Role Requirements

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service via inbound / outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
  • Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and requests from the financial advisor. Process transactions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and help streamline branch processes and SOPs.
  • Technology : Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn firm-provided software (e.g., MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
