What You'll Do :

Process a large volume of invoices with speed and precision

Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end tasks and reporting

Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies

What We're Looking For :

No prior AP experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
