System Deployment Specialist

Location : Onsite - Charlotte, NC

Pay : Up to $65K

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a System Deployment Specialist to join their team in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This successful resource will be responsible for deploying and testing CDAC software and hardware at customer sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Troubleshoot network issues
• Manage system documentation
• Support internal systems to include backups, printers, remote connections, firewalls and routers
• Provide customer-facing support
• Set up Windows systems to including desktop, servers, and mobile laptops
