POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President of Growth is responsible for driving efficient, scalable, and reliable performance with a multi-departmental team focused on the infrastructure and systems that enable the organization's patient care teams to effectively deliver service to their patients and support business growth.

The Vice President of Growth will spearhead center expansion initiatives, leading patient acquisition strategy, and opening new de novo centers to expand reach.

This leader services front-end support by providing strategic and operational oversight that influences patient access and point-of-care experience through their Development, Marketing, Community Outreach, Patient Access Center, and Telehealth teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development & De Novo Growth

  • Lead and refine the multi-state de novo strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of the strategy, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless integration and successful opening of new centers.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure all aspects of the new center ramp-up are adequately addressed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and other departments to address any challenges or bottlenecks that may arise during the process.
  • Lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the de novo model and related processes.
  • Work closely with the data-driven team to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions to streamline site selection and center ramp-up processes.
  • Ensure accountability within the team for meeting goals and objectives, addressing any deviations or shortcomings promptly and effectively.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Through the Marketing and Community Outreach teams, develop and implement programs and systems that increase brand awareness and drive demand for services in new and existing markets.
  • Drive the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, including digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
  • Utilize market research and data-driven insights to inform marketing and company strategy.
  • Partner with the Outreach leadership team that is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the communities that we serve.
  • Provide oversight for the development and execution of outreach and engagement strategies to enhance the company's reputation and presence.

Patient Access & Telehealth Services

  • Provide oversight for the Patient Access team ensuring a patient-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Work with Patient Access Leadership to develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience, including efficient routing, reduced wait times, and personalized service.
  • Create a service-oriented environment that maintains and exceeds SLAS for call response times, resolution, and quality to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Work with department leadership to continuously assess and improve department operations through data analysis and feedback mechanisms to enhance patient satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or another related field required.
  • 10+ years of management-level experience or the equivalent of education and training, preferably within healthcare.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare environment, preferably within the outpatient setting.
  • Proven experience guiding De Novo openings and company expansion.
