We are seeking an in-office Care Coordinator plus Recruiter to join our Interim HealthCare of Irvine team!
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the shifts with providers / caregivers and serve as a single point of contact for clients, families and providers / caregivers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment, hiring and orientation of healthcare professionals to meet organizational needs and targets.

Responsibilities : Care Coordinator :
Care Coordinator :
Receives referral calls, documents intake for client services, schedules care professionals for home care or staffing assignments.
Performs initial and subsequent screening assessments.
Regular telephone contact or home visits per the Client’s Service Agreement.
Monitoring client well-being, recommending resources and solutions as appropriate.
Liaison and coordination with family members, designees, and providers.
Fulfilling all tasks in a thorough, timely, and reliable manner.
Recruiter :
Develops strategic recruiting plans, utilizing creative and cost effective methods.
Coordinates recruitment advertising, to include creating and posting job openings and the use of Internet recruiting tools.
Participates in recruiting activities, including job fairs, community events, conventions etc.
Coordinates the application, hiring and orientation process, including telephone and Internet responses, application scheduling, screening and interviewing, onboarding training.
Maintains ongoing relationships with the candidate base through various means (phone, email, and social media).
Ensures that all state, federal and company standards are met in the hiring process.
Qualifications :
Prior full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment for recruiting healthcare professionals such as Caregivers, Home Care Aides, Registered Nurses (RN’s), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN’s) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA’s)
Prior experience working closely with senior population and their families in role of care coordinator
Knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards
Knowledge of using EMR / scheduling systems
Marketing skills to forge new relationships and win new accounts is definitely a PLUS
