About the Role :

Our Client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects for a leading Oil & Gas client in Belle Chasse, LA. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle —from RFP through closeout—while ensuring safety, budget control, and on-time delivery.

This role is primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead construction projects from concept to completion

2. Manage budgets, timelines, safety, and quality compliance

3. Coordinate subcontractors and conduct site visits

4. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities

5. Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders

6. Oversee documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination

7. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

8. Ensure all scope changes are documented and approved

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred)

2. 5 –7 years of project management experience in construction / industrial settings

3. Proven success managing full-cycle construction projects

4. Strong financial reporting and budget monitoring skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

6. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities

Preferred Experience :

1. Facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services (3+ years)

2. Subcontractor and stakeholder management

3. Risk mitigation and safety oversight
