Certified Payroll Systems Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll Systems Manager to lead technology projects and manage payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage payroll system processes, ensuring high-quality maintenance and continuous improvements

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Payroll Technology initiatives

Mentor and guide team members while maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding project statuses

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

5 years of progressive experience supporting HR / Payroll Systems

3+ years of experience managing Workday payroll systems (preferred)

3+ years of experience using Visual Basic for database management (preferred)

Direct leadership experience (preferred)
