Deine Aufgaben als Socialmedia-Manager (m / w / d)

  • Planung alle Beitrge
  • Ausarbeitung von neuen Ideen, die wir in den sozialen Medien einsetzen knnen
  • Contenterstellung
  • Schneiden, Bearbeiten von Videomaterial (CapCut oder ein anderes Schnittprogramm)
  • Texten von Beitrgen oder Newslettern
  • Bewertung und Analyse von Marketingmanahmen
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Marketing-Strategien
  • Monitoring und Controlling der Kampagnen nach definierten KPIs
  • Realisierung gemeinsamer Projekte mit unserer Partner-Agentur und weiteren Dienstleistern

  • Du verfgst ber Erfahrungen im Bereich Socialmedia. (Ausbildung, bereits durchgefhrte Ttigkeiten oder schon mehrere Accounts betreut) bei uns gilt : Wer Einsatz bringt, kann sich alles an Wissen aneignen.
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung insbesondere in der eigenstndigen Organisation, Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Schneiden, Bearbeiten und Planen von Reels, Beitrgen & Storys
  • Du brennst fr das Thema Persnlichkeitsentwicklung!
  • Du bist kommunikativ, zeichnest Dich durch Deine kreative Ideenvielfalt aus und berzeugst durch Selbststndigkeit, Dynamik und starkes Engagement.
