Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the biotechnology sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title : Manufacturing Technician

Location : 645 Science Drive, Madison, WI

Shift : 12 hr. shifts with 3 / 4 rotating schedules (2-week schedule). 6 : 30 AM - 7 PM (Days Shift) and 6 : 30 PM - 7 AM (Night Shift)

Duration : 12+ month contract with potential to convert to Permanent.

What's the Job?

• Consistently follow and actively promote proper safety protocols and PPE to other staff.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of production areas and all related equipment during each shift.
• Utilize a wide variety of written procedures, including batch records and existing operating procedures.
• Function as a primary or secondary operator for cGMP production of APIs and intermediates.
• Communicate production status effectively through shift pass-off tools.
