General Manager

Superbueno is an Award-Winning Mexican American cocktail bar located on the corner of 1st and 1st serving one of a kind cocktails and craveable cuisine.  Recently awarded the #12 spot in the world by World's 50 Best,  #2 of North America's 50 Best Bars 2024 & 2025, and named Best New Cocktail Bar 2024 by Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. Superbueno is full of festive energy and buzzes with a fun and diverse crowd from open to close!

We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join this award winning concept with endless possibilities for the right person.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

• Manage the day-today operations of the bar
• Oversight of monthly liquor inventory
• Maintain of health and safety procedures putting the safety our guests and our staff at the highest level of importance
• Maintain the physical plant – research solutions for repairs and gain approval from the Director of Operations to execute repairs using approved vendors
• Opportunity to travel to represent Superbueno on the world stage
• Day to day operations i.e. reconciling tip sheets, scheduling, reservations oversight
• Coordinate menu updates and replacements with the Cocktail Kingdom Art Department
• Establish of strong brand relationships with liquor vendors
• Be present on the floor during service to touch tables and troubleshoot when necessary
• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops a high-performing bar team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and oversees the overall bar experience.
