The Global Automation Manager, reporting to the Director of APS Centers of Excellence, will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the APS Automation Strategy. This position leads the strategic development, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation solutions across global operations. With a scope spanning all 56 sites worldwide, the role is responsible for identifying high-impact automation opportunities, managing cross-functional implementation teams, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Key technologies include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), all leveraged to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. The target is to automate 25% to 30% of the work in the next 7 to 10 years.
