Social Media Specialist
The Opportunity
Wings Over has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work directly with our Social Media Manager as a part-time role.
Have fun creating out-of-the-box content while assisting with planning, developing, and implementing strategies across our social media platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation and execution of social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns
- Assist in the development of a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide insights for improvement
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience creating content and / or managing social media accounts for a brand
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to travel to store locations in Upper Arlington, OH and Worthington, OH
- Accessibility to an iPhone 13 or newer for use in quality content creation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, and similar tools is a bonus
