Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for assembling, disassembling, and operating aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizer equipment in both classified cleanroom and controlled non-classified environments. The role involves operating vial cappers, unloading products from lyophilizers and liquid fill lines, preparing equipment and components for sterilization, and operating processing equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and depyrogenation, centrifuges, and mills equipment. The technician will assist in the formulation and dispensing of products in a clean room environment in accordance with SOPs and MBRs, sanitize production areas, and prepare equipment for production. They are also expected to complete and maintain documentation related to assigned work, including logbooks and batch records.
Responsibilities
Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizer equipment.
Operate vial capper and unload products from lyophilizers and liquid fill lines.
Prepare equipment and components for sterilization.
Operate processing equipment including autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and depyrogenation, centrifuges, and mills equipment.
Assist in formulation and dispensing of product in a clean room environment per SOPs and MBRs.
Sanitize production areas and prepare equipment for production.
Complete and maintain documentation related to assigned work, including logbooks and batch records.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3 : 30pm. Currently, overtime is available due to staffing needs, but typically you will work 40-hour weeks. In mid-2026, the shift will change to Wednesday to Saturday from 7am to 4 : 30pm, and candidates must be flexible with this shift change. The role requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing protective smocks for extended periods in a cleanroom environment, with breaks scheduled to minimize the need for re-smocking.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00 / yr.
