Job description

Account Manager (Direct Hire) - Hamilton, OH

Salary : $50,000-$75,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Staffmark is hiring a Direct Hire Account Manager to join a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics operation in Hamilton, OH. If you're a customer-focused problem solver with experience in account management or supply chain operations, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 2-5 years in account management, customer service, logistics, or fulfillment.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency with WMS or inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced operation
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Adaptability and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Certifications : APICS, CSCMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Position Summary

    The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned client s-e nsuring clear communication, operational accuracy, and top-tier service delivery. You will build trusted client relationships, resolve issues quickly , monitor performance, and partner closely with warehouse and logistics teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong partnerships through proactive communication and tailored support.
  • Issue Resolution : Address delays, discrepancies, and service concerns with timely, effective solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization : Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service.
  • Client Onboarding : Guide new customers through onboarding, training , and system adoption.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze client data to forecast demand and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align operations with client needs.
  • Contract & Pricing Support : Assist with pricing reviews, contract compliance, and service-level adherence.
