Job descriptionAssociate’s degree or higher. Experience in the Navy’s Credentialing Program or adequate related background (subject to approval by Navy Credentialing Program Manager). Understanding of the science of learning, education theory, and program management in an integrated learning environment. Experience with assessment methods for training processes and systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and oral communication skills. 3–5 years of program analysis, training evaluation, or credentialing experience (education or DoD environment preferred). Prior Navy or military experience. Experience with large training databases (TWMS, FLTMPS). Ability to support recurring Navy credentialing initiatives (USMAP, OaRS, MilGears). Description :
The Program Analyst provides analytical, training, and program support to the Navy’s Credentialing Programs Office. This role focuses on managing credentialing data, analyzing training processes, and supporting credentialing exam programs to align Navy credentialing with civilian standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Analyze and support Navy Credentialing Program operations and training outcomes.
- Record and input exam pass / fail results into Navy databases (Credentialing Programs Office systems, TWMS, FLTMPS).
- Develop and present statistics, trend reports, and program performance metrics.
- Provide customer support to fleet personnel, test centers, and recurring program initiatives (USMAP, OaRS, MilGears, Navy Credentialing Qualifications, ad hoc reports).
- Assess training processes and recommend improvements for program effectiveness.
- Support program documentation and reporting for Navy leadership.
