Location : Boston
The Business Analyst will work with all members of the Sales Tech team to implement and support projects and systems for all Distribution personnel.
The primary focus of this position is the administration, enhancement, support and integration of Sales and CRM systems Salesforce.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Performing detailed business and data analysis
- Documenting business and functional requirements
- Developing end user documentation
- Writing and executing test plans and cases
- Answering user questions
- Resolving system issues / problems in a timely manner
- Data Analysis and Data Mapping
