  • 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
  • Week 1 : 3 nights on / 4 nights off
  • Week 2 : 4 nights on / 3 nights off
  • Rotating weekly schedule

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support via live chat and email to internal users and / or customers.
  • Monitor system alerts and dashboards to identify and respond to incidents proactively.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams following defined protocols.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Perform routine system checks and log findings for review.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of open support tickets.
  • Maintain awareness of ongoing issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs and continuity of support.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards during all support activities.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in IT support or help desk environment preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills for chat and email support.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., SolarWinds, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
