Bilingual Office Clerk

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual office clerk to support daily administrative operations for a busy office in Doral. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities include performing general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and basic reporting. Support other departments with administrative projects as needed. Requirements include bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency, 12 years of office or clerical experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work reliably, professionally, and independently.
