Senior eCommerce Technical Analyst
Position Summary :

In the Senior eCommerce Technical Analyst position, you’ll leverage your technical skills to assist in the onboarding of new customers and enhancing integration builds with existing customers.
As a system build focused role, you’ll work with the Integrations Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Implementation Teams to create the successful integrations with our customers.
We’re looking for someone with a knack for identifying continuous improvements to better our integration process and delight our customers.

Acts as a trusted technical expert within the group and with the customer on current integration capabilities.

Communicate Effectively - Effective at keeping key stakeholders up-to-date on project status and risks, ensuring an organized and efficient experience for customers.
What You’ll Do and Impact :
Setup connections using our Build Toolset and SQL for new and existing providers and suppliers.
Develop methods to standardize and automate the setup and testing of new customer connections.
Develop automated methods to complete, review and approve existing configuration changes to the Production environment adhering to our operational standards.
Analyze and refine data requirements for large projects and maintenance requests with internal project leads and customer liaisons.
Develop new and implement existing automated monitoring to predict / react to system alerts / checks via ticketing system and email to ensure orders processing and website is functioning as expected.
Act as a consultant to, and escalation point for, Tiered support operations, external customers, and internal Partner groups on EDI questions, issues, and capabilities.
Work on additional project types, as needed.
Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field
6+ years of job related experience
4+ years’ experience in a high transaction B2B environment (eProcurement, eCommerce, transaction processing)
Experience writing intermediate SQL queries
Additional Items of Interest :
Experience working in databases and database administration.
Knowledge of ERP and AP systems.
Advanced proficiency with EDI.
