Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives to optimize customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the development and implementation of digital projects and initiatives.
- Manage the digital budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Chief Digital Officer or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital strategies, technologies, and trends.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to drive change and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
