About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team. The SVP will be a key figure in ensuring the operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistent, patient-first experience across the organization's 85 urgent care practices. This role involves translating enterprise strategy into field execution, maintaining discipline in performance management, and providing clear visibility into practice-level operations and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 7 years in multi-site management, and a strong background in driving results through people leadership, operational rigor, and P&L accountability. While urgent care experience is desirable, it is not required.

Key responsibilities for the SVP include providing strategic direction for all operational functions, aligning business objectives with operational execution, and leading a team of Regional Operations Directors to ensure consistent execution and accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for practice-level P&L performance, driving standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and results-driven leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. The role demands excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level, as well as the ability to collaborate with various functions to support enterprise growth and innovation. The SVP will also be expected to identify and execute opportunities for expansion, scalability, and operational excellence, while ensuring that the practices meet regulatory and compliance standards.
