Your key responsibilitiesHere, you'll handle a wide portfolio of clients in multiple sectors - each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions, so no two days will be the same.

Skills and attributes for successAct as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration / development, testing and deployment phasesAbility to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.

g., consultants, developers, and testers)Provide guidance and leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformationAbility to analyze a company's ITSM people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmapsAbility to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processesAbility to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and / or business process area subject matter resourcesExperience in waterfall and agile delivery models including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logsAbility to create high quality deliverables and project artifactsTo qualify for the role you must haveExcellent soft skills communication (written / verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organizationA bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar disciplineServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM certificationITIL v4 foundation certification3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experienceExperience leading teams and supervising othersA driver's license valid in the U.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $90,600 to $166,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,700 to $188,700.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
