Construction Claims and Change Manager (00508)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change and Claims Advisor to provide expert guidance on project changes, claims avoidance, and contractual risk management for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. Reporting directly to the Project Resident Engineer, this position plays a key role in supporting the timely and accurate management of change events, contract modifications, and claims strategy.
The ideal candidate brings experience in claims management, change control, and cost / schedule analysis, with proven ability to lead estimating and contract negotiation processes. This position requires strong analytical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-making in a complex project environment.

Additional Requirements
The salary range for this position is $112,649 to $154,927.
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individuals scope of relevant experience and geographic location.

Physical : Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive : Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
