Position : UI Path Developer

What you'll do :

Client is looking for an Sr. RPA Developer to join our brilliant enterprise application team. As a Sr. RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations using UiPath. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, strong collaboration skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Major Responsibility :

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards

Support existing automations including any enhancements or bug-fixes.

Lead the development and deployment of UiPath robots, workflows, and automation processes

Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT support staff to deliver successful automation projects

Stay up to date on the latest UiPath features, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential for implementation

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable solutions

Who you are :

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)

UiPath Advanced Developer Certified

Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UiPath platform

Proven experience with any of the following UiPath modules :

o Document Understanding

o Process Mining / Task Mining

o Test Suite / Manager

o GenAI

Solid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, principles, and best practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
