PRIMARY FUNCTIONSWork at Spokane East manufacturing plant and at customer sites at needed. Work to be performed under the direct supervision of the shift supervisor to manufacture precast shapes, furnace demolition and refractory installation.

- Produce product within time allotted so that cost to customer is kept down.*Keep scrap to a minimum so that the company saves money.

ACCOUNTABILITIES*Follow daily work schedule to maximize productivity, and priority of orders.*Follow standards to keep area clean.
- Be responsible for the quality of parts produced and inspected.*Give feedback on job process and procedures.*Maintain a clean shop, wipe down machines and work areas, as well as sweep floors and empty trash.
- Must be open to continuous improvements.*Proper use of hand tools - manual and electrical.*(if packing) pack, label and ship parts correctly.
- Report all safety hazards to include suggestions for improvement*Proper handling of hazardous materials.*Other duties as assigned.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONSEducation, Training or Certification : *Understand ISO work standards and work instructions and communicate changes needed to produce product correctly.
Understand work orders.*Be able to communicate with co-workers and engineers effectively.*Safety Training*Hazmat Training*Quality Training Language and Communication Skills : Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short notes and memos.
Ability to write basic notes. Ability to read and interpret information such as safety rules, work standards, work instructions and work orders.
Ability to discuss job related information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills : Basic Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide figures to include fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability : Intermediate Skills : Ability to understand when there is a problem and to report it to their lead in a timely manner.
