A company is looking for an Estimator.Key Responsibilities : Plan and manage bid analysis using takeoffs, pricing models, and bid leveling toolsDevelop proformas for new communities and refine pricing models for new productsPartner with various teams to develop trade relationships, test spec packages, and improve estimating processesRequired Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as an estimator / project managerExperience in performing estimating activities for single family residential projectsCompetency with estimating software platforms, Planswift, and strong Excel skillsAccurately predict structural and civil requirements, identify value engineering items, and maintain historical pricing dataCertified as a Professional Estimator (CPE) is desired
