About the Role

The Document Imaging Specialist plays a key role in supporting the accounting and billing operations. Youll ensure that vital records and documents are accurately processed, organized, and easily accessible for the broader office and service teams.

Responsibilities include :

• Preparing job files for scanning and ensuring proper numerical order.
• Scanning invoices and supporting documentation into company software
• Maintaining accuracy and organization of digital and physical files.
• Assisting with issuing exemption certificates and mailing vendor payments.
• Providing backup support to the front desk and receptionist as needed.
• Assisting with general administrative projects as needed
