Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner to support our dynamic and fast paced Ophthalmology Team within the Commercial organization. This role is critical to driving operational excellence and ensuring teams are positioned to achieve key business milestones.
Job Responsibilities
- Expertly manage complex calendars and shared drives using Google Suite
- Navigate Client IT systems (e.g., cSuite, collaboration tools) with ease
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of confidentiality
- Plan and coordinate mid- to large-scale internal meetings and team offsites
- Support logistics for meetings with external partners, including preparation and follow-up
- Lead execution of internal events requiring virtual platforms and advanced tech setups
- Contribute to meeting materials, agendas, note-taking, and follow-up actions
- Draft communications on behalf of leaders and manage internal content platforms (gSites, Spaces, newsletters)
- Oversee logistics of office moves and space planning in collaboration with admin leads
- Support recruiting logistics, including candidate hosting, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Plan and manage team-building events, workshops, and training coordination
- Handle vendor and speaker engagements, including contracts and payments
- Maintain department org charts and assist in special projects as needed
