Nursing Assistant Training Program Director

New healthcare education institution (name still confidential)
Phoenix, AZ, United States
Full-time

Why we exist :

We want to improve lives, by helping individuals start their healthcare career and overcoming barriers to entry to the field.

We want to accomplish this with rigorous, student-centered healthcare programs to help students take the next step in their career.

While deeply aligned with the goal to alleviate the shortage of healthcare staff across the country, we exist first and foremost to serve our students who deserve effective education methods, support and career opportunities.

About us :

Founded in 2024, we are a higher education organization preparing to open our first program. We decided to create this organization out of the belief that higher education can be combined with modern technological capabilities to approach vocational education with a fresh mind and create a better value proposition for students.

To start with, we’re building a team of ambitious educators and technologists and are looking for you.

Find out what we mean by rigorous, student-centered healthcare programs :

About the role :

You'll join our founding team as the program director of our first school. Together, we'll build our first programs from scratch, starting with a nursing assistant training program.

This challenge is an intriguing one : while we plan to pursue national accreditation to eventually start our first nursing program, this first program will not just be our first step, but also help us establish our rigorous, student-centered approach to healthcare education and serve as a role model for future programs and schools.

As you develop the nursing assistant training program with us, we’ll find solutions to the customer problems we hear about in conversations with student customers and employers while also ensuring we meet regulatory requirements in letter and spirit.
