Job Summary :

Seeking a seasoned Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our engagement and retention strategy for Lightroom Mobile. The ideal candidate will define and implement a comprehensive Lifecycle Marketing strategy, fostering collaboration across product, GTM, and marketing teams to drive impactful customer engagement for both free and paid users. This role demands exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of mobile marketing dynamics, and the ability to influence in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and own the Engagement and Retention Strategy for Lightroom Mobile.

Work collaboratively with Product, GTM, Growth, ASO, and marketing teams for seamless execution and alignment.

Lead with influence, providing clarity and direction in a matrix organization to align disparate teams towards a common vision.

Utilize insights on product and customer behavior to drive impactful lifecycle marketing activities.

Exceptional storytelling and communication to simplify complex solutions and underline their customer value.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong product marketing or GTM experience in a consumer tech or mobile-subscription product environment.

Proven expertise in mobile marketing strategies and growth.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence in complex environments.

Industry Experience :

Experience in consumer tech, preferably with mobile gaming or mobile-subscription products.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products (Lightroom, Photoshop) is highly advantageous.
