The Ideal Candidate : We're looking for someone who is : Commercially sharp, ambitious, and passionate about strategy consulting Experienced in executive search or recruitment within professional services Familiar with consulting or PE-backed environments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting Excited by the opportunity to build something exceptional A natural leader with the ability to mentor and scale a team
