As an Account Manager with Brand Command, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that client's visions come to life with precision and creativity. Your role is crucial in maintaining the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring smooth project execution from conception to completion.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and is eager to grow within the industry. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the field, we believe in investing in our employees' education and offering continuous development opportunities.

Compensation : $20 - $27 hourly

Responsibilities :

As an Account Manager, you will be the linchpin between Brand Command and our valued clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Project Management : Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring all client deliverables are met with the highest quality standards.
  • Job Processing : Oversee the processing of incoming jobs, ensuring that each project is aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • You have a knack for managing client relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in account management or a related field is preferred but not essential. We value a willingness to learn and adapt over previous experience.
  • You're organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
