The Good Eating Company is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Mountain View, California. This is an on-site position 8am to 4pm.

What You'll Do

• Place orders using the purchase ordering system
• Order products and services based on established contracts
• Coordinate delivery times and work with culinary team to establish reputable suppliers with consideration to quality, reliability, and urgency of need
• Purchase products / services at the most competitive prices, while accounting for the quality and service level required by the business
• Ensure product availability and quality based on account operator needs
• Manage inventory to reduce waste
• Assist with the resolution of product selection, distribution, pricing, cost control, receiving, and inventory control issues
• Responsible for overseeing the receiver workflow and duties
