As a General Manager at Flynn Arby's, you will have the chance to showcase your leadership skills, collaborate with a dedicated team, and contribute to the flawless execution of our operations. Responsibilities include : creating and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction; managing daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management; implementing and maintaining strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards; driving sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and the successful execution of promotional campaigns; monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to achieve targets; fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development; ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Requirements include : proven experience as a General Manager in the Food / Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment; exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members; organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting; knowledge of local health and safety regulations; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
