Administrative Secretary
Company Overview : Our client at OCPS is seeking the Administrative Secretary to perform complex clerical and data entry work assisting with various compliance transactions.
Position Summary : The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of clerical, administrative and data entry experience within criminal justice, law enforcement, human resources, or an academic setting.
Start Date : ASAP
Work hours : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
Work form : On-site
Key Responsibilities :
Conducting internet or internal system research to gather and compile data as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of data entry experience in criminal justice or law enforcement program, HR and school-based highly preferred
Able to utilize MS office suite programs
