As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Boat Storage Facility Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boat storage facility and serve as the on-site manager.

The ideal candidate will live on-site in the provided apartment and be responsible for managing all aspects of facility maintenance, customer service, and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the boat storage facility, including maintenance, security, and customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance with storage arrangements, and address any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and security of stored boats and the property.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol the facility to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of stored boats.
• Maintain accurate records of boat storage agreements, payments, and customer information.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, generating invoices, and maintaining inventory of storage supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facility management, property management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to live on-site in the provided apartment and be available to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
• Knowledge of boating and boat storage practices is a plus.
