A company is looking for a Supply Fulfillment and Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the fulfillment of materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors to operating sites
Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and manage issue resolution
Enter and pay all cleaning and miscellaneous invoices, maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
0-3 years of accounting experience preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
Experience with data entry, including v-lookups and pivot tables
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
