CLEANING TECHNICIAN
Job Opportunity : CLEANING TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our clients' facilities.
The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning.
- Thoroughly disinfect restroom facilities and ensure the timely replenishment of supplies.
- Manage waste and recyclables disposal in an efficient and environmentally conscious manner.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in communal areas such as entryways, hallways, and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles.
- Proficiency in various cleaning methods and equipment usage.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to handle diverse tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting, and extended periods of standing.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Expertise in janitorial work, floor care, buffing, and facilities maintenance.
