Executive Business Administrator
The Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization delivers SME&C growth and market share across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security by capturing total addressable market (TAM) and accelerating cloud growth at scale through our Channel Sales partners. Our approach is grounded in Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) acceleration, co-sell execution, and performance accountability. We deliver our revenue and growth commitments by aligning execution with measurable impact, fostering partner transformation, and enabling scalable, outcome-driven growth through partners.
To support this, GCPS is hiring an Executive Business Administrator. This role supports and reports to the CVP of a dynamic, high-impact organization where agility, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for strategic calendar management, travel planning, and coordination with executive internal and external partners, customers and third parties. You will identify support gaps and develop / implement solutions to help contribute to the leaders and teams overall success. In addition, you will collaborate closely with business partners and team leaders to support the rhythm of business (ROB), space planning, resource management, and maintenance.
