Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our company, a leading player in the Accounting and Finance industry, is seeking a dynamic Permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the financial vision, direction, and leadership of our fast‑paced, rapidly growing organization.

Salary

$250,000 - $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, expense management, investment, tax and other necessary financial functions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain an expert understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, including forecasting, budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors and other stakeholders, highlighting key financial indicators, trends and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the organization.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of introducing new programs, strategies and regulatory actions.
