Currently in a fast-growing phase, we are looking to expand the Customer Success team with a Customer Engineer AV / UC.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Engineer with strong experience in AV / UC systems and particularly in digital signage and meeting room booking to join our team. This role bridges technical expertise with customer success, ensuring that our clients receive seamless installation, integration, and ongoing support for our solutions.
As a Customer Engineer, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide training and guidance.
Tasks
Customer Onboarding & Deployment
Lead the technical setup and configuration of meeting room booking / digital signage solutions.
Assist customers in integrating our platform with their existing infrastructure : hardware (digital signage players, SoC, scheduling panels), collaboration suites (Google Workspace / M365), networks, and content management systems.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Act as the main technical point of contact for escalations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to meeting room booking / digital signage deployments.
Training & Enablement
Provide technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
Create and maintain user guides, best practice documentation, and FAQs.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
