Your Role

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales Team’s efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals. It also includes real estate administration tasks support the MN Real Estate Manager.

This position plays an instrumental role in understanding the culture, geography and demographics of the local market to deliver creative campaigns and solutions.

In addition, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all Sales related correspondence, contracts and any other pertinent reports.

Responsibilities are but not limited to

  • Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal team, clients, agencies, and out-of-home buying services.
  • Provide good customer service with follow up on any / all requests on behalf of the Account Executives & Real Estate Manager.
  • Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, paper request forms, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, CCN’s and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
  • Coordinate and track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation.
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the CMS / IMS systems with the ability to create effective proposals, contracts and maps for the Account Executives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
  • Provides administrative support, composing / typing correspondence, reports; preparation of graphs and charts; processing payment of all bills, preparing leases, capital expenditure requests and gathering appropriate information as well as telephone contact with lessors.
  • Coordinates and manages typed materials such as documents, reports, etc., and special projects directed by the Real Estate Manager.

Also maintain all Real Estate Department files.

Processes and Maintains vegetation control records, pest control records; property tax records; annual business license fee records;

percentage lease records.

  • Processes all monthly Lease Change Forms, reports, and Lease audits.
  • Updates and maintains all Lease Files including the data entry, review and analysis of : current rental, future increases, expiration date, lease check registers, real estate taxes, parcel I.
  • D., license fee, meter number, revenues, E.O.I., latitude / longitude, and zip codes as defined by Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements in : 1) All spreadsheets applicable to Real Estate Department;

2) Current / future lease data systems.

Your Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience
  • Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be professional, multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
