Associate Analyst, HR Compliance

This position is ideal for someone starting their career in Human Resources with a passion for data, reporting, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collection & Analysis :

• Gather and compile HR data from various sources. Skilled in data cleaning / massaging, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data. Researching and resolving data issues, which could include reaching out to HRBPs for data corrections.
• Support compliance / government reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
