Accounting Manager
Locally owned water filtration company in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to supervise staff and interface with outside CPA firm.
Duties include, but not limited to :
- Quarterly and annual payroll reconciliations
- Sales tax preparation for multiple state
- Commission calculation and data entry
- Month-end journal entries, and Financial reports
- Credit card data entry and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- 1099 preparation and filing
- Supervision of five data entry clerks
- Assistance with customer marketing postcards
The successful candidate will have strong analytical, organizational and computer skills as well as attention to detail. QuickBooks experience required, bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as retirement profit sharing, and other duties as required.
