As General Manager 6 Food and Nutrition Services, you’ll oversee comprehensive food and nutrition operations including patient meal services, retail, doctors lounge, and catering for a flagship health system.

This role demands a results‑driven professional with experience in healthcare food services, client relationship management, and a passion for patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for Food & Nutrition Services across multiple service lines.
• Lead high‑performing teams to achieve operational, financial, and service excellence.
• Oversee compliance with all applicable regulatory and food safety standards.
• Manage departmental budgets and align performance with client expectations.
• Drive service innovation and enhance the patient and guest experience.
• Foster strong nursing and medical team relationships to support quality outcomes.
• Mentor and develop managers and frontline staff to ensure team engagement and retention.
