Quality Control Analyst
Job Description :
Pay Range : $15 - $20
- Creates testing control center for QC.
- This includes updating SOP's as required.
- Determining the process for assigning out controlled forms for testing.
- May have responsibilities of reviewing data, as needed.
- Completes projects with supervision.
- Has a clear understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), cGMPS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Actively engages in continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to exercise judgment and appropriately escalates issues to QC management.
Responsibilities :
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and will be expected to communicate directly with project managers and management.
- Reviews data for compliance to specifications and reports and troubleshoots abnormalities.
- Required to follow good documentation practices.
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Qualifications :
- Typically 0-4 years of relevant experience for this level.
- A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience in Analytical Chemistry or related life sciences field or a field related to project managing, with one to three years related experience and training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good project managing skills.
- Proven skills in coordinating and managing day to day tasks and working in collaboration to accomplish deadlines and objectives.
- Personal leadership skills and fosters working in a team environment.
- Works cross functionally to complete projects and testing.
- Knowledge of and skills in using computer software and hardware applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
