Director, Global Payroll - Governance, Training, Communication

Lead the Governance, Training, Communication (GTC) function for Global Payroll. As Director, Global Payroll - GTC, you'll architect and scale comprehensive governance policies, controls, and testing plans to support compliance related activities as well as strategies and execution for payroll related communication and training.

What you'll do :

• Using a risk-based approach, develop a roadmap of testing controls inclusive of mitigation plans with alignment from ERM SME owners based on risk and coordinate with Audit and Global Governance to strategically approach and plan reviews
• Develop and implement impact analysis to drive change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth transition during organizational changes.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees, customers, and stakeholders including newsletters, announcements, and other materials.
• Assess needs to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor.

What you'll bring :

Minimum Qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

Option 2 : 7 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area, experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area., Using advanced functionality of Microsoft Office
