Financial Operations Manager - Houston, TX

The Financial Operations Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the daily financial activities and functions, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. This position works cross-organizationally with various departments and the executive team to meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities include :

• Able to perform and manage all accounting functions, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, assets, etc.
• Able to perform and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and accounting close processes.
• Able to prepare financial reports.
• Work closely with the executive team.
• Analyze, forecast, and manage cash flow.
• Oversee the budget process.
• Train, develop, and manage the accounting staff in the day-to-day performance of their job.
• Oversee and manage the operations team.
• Train, develop, and manage the operations staff in the day-to-day performance of their job.
• Manage customer and vendor contracts.
• All other duties as assigned.
