Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a global sales methodology and skills curriculum for consistent execution across sales roles
Partner with Sales Leadership and Operations to integrate methodologies into sales processes and tools
Continuously assess market dynamics to ensure methodologies remain modern and relevant
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy
Proven success in building and operationalizing sales methodologies
Deep understanding of modern sales practices such as MEDDIC and Challenger
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning systems
