KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT :
- Financial Statements : Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy.
- Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
- Month-End Close : Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
- Audit Support : Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Hospitality / 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
